Evergreens I started off strong in their away match to Norwich City Ladies III. Great passing and possession saw Evergreens put pressure on the City defence. Norwich City soon stepped up their game and opened the scoring following a quick break down the left hand side. Evergreens battled hard and the game saw end to end play.

Norwich City came back strong in the second half, getting their second goal midway through the half. Norwich City continued to put pressure on the Evergreens defence but great play by Sam Turner and goal keeper Sue Hoogendyk kept them at bay. Good passing by Kathryn Gordon and Harriett Segassy saw Evergreens go close to getting on the score board. Despite further scoring opportunities for Evergreens, it was Norwich City who got the final goal of the game resulting in a 3-0 defeat for Evergreens.
